The Support Programme for Integration and Hiring Development (AIDE) strengthens the employability and job integration of young first-time jobseeking graduates in private and semi-public companies through a six-month practical internship, renewable once.
Eligibility criteria for jobseekers
The programme is for young first-time jobseeking graduates. Applicants must:
- be Togolese and aged 18 to 40;
- be registered as a jobseeker on the ANPE portal;
- opt for the AIDE programme;
- be an unemployed graduate of a university, school or vocational training institution seeking a first work experience;
- be available immediately.
Eligibility criteria for host companies
Private and semi-public companies requesting interns must be in good standing with:
- the tax administration (tax clearance or CFE card);
- the National Social Security Fund (valid CNSS certificate);
- the labour inspectorate (labour inspection certificate).
How to register
- Create or update your jobseeker profile.
- Select the AIDE programme in your profile.
- An adviser at your ANPE office supports you until your placement.
